Dawn V. Carr is an award winning Black Consumer Expert and the Founder & CEO of Mahogany Insights, a market research firm dedicated to helping brands authentically connect with Black audiences. With over 25 years of experience spanning CPG, healthcare, financial services, and technology, she has worked with Fortune 100 companies to uncover deep cultural and behavioral insights that drive business growth. Her clients have included P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Amazon, WNBA, Disney, Kaiser Permanente, and many others.

Dawn currently resides in Dallas, Texas and has a young daughter. Dawn is also an active member of several civic organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. & Junior League of Dallas. In 2023, she was inducted into the Harriet Tubman Society at the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History & Culture.
