Thanayi Lambert, MSN, RNC-OB aka Nurse Ty

Thanayi Lambert aka Nurse Ty  is an MSN-prepared nurse holding the inpatient obstetric nursing (RNC-OB) certification and a nurse educator. She is a practicing mother-baby nurse and birth coach with Baby Me Well, a member of the HEAL research lab leadership staff, and a clinical assistant professor who teaches in the areas of antepartum care, obstetrical emergency care, labor and delivery, maternity family care, and post-surgical units in the undergraduate nursing program. She has more than 17 years of experience which also includes implementing and evaluating community-based education and research projects. She is passionate about community-building with a focus on empowering families, youth, and nurses in the present and future.

Darryl Rice, Ph.D.

Darryl B. Rice, Ph.D. or "Dr. Ice" to his colleagues and students, is the Richard T. Farmer Associate Professor, Associate Professor of Management at Miami University, and an Associate Editor at the Journal of Managerial Psychology. He is an award-winning scholar and teacher whose research adopts an employee-centered approach across four areas: organizational justice, behavioral ethics, well-being/stress, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Rice is internationally recognized for his research, which has been published in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Human Resource Management Journal. His work also appears in the Oxford Handbook of Organizational Justice and he has also been an invited guest to organizational justice and behavioral ethics themed conferences. Additionally, Dr. Rice is involved with The PhD Project.
