Dr. Lambert investigates how business practices affect organizational culture and employees from diverse groups, presenting his research at conferences like South by Southwest and Academy of Management. After completing a BBA in Finance and Management from Texas Woman’s University in May 2021, Micah decided to return to TWU to complete an MBA. Micah also accepted a graduate assistant position under Dr. Jason Lambert and has been pursuing research in the DEI field since. Micah’s background includes finance, veterinary technology, and real estate. In her spare time, Micah enjoys hiking, traveling internationally, and baking.
